Catherine & Wim have been dancing Argentinean Tango for more than 15 years and teaching for more than 7 years, both in Glasgow and abroad. They are renowned for combining stylistic precision with musical interpretation and for keeping the authentic tradition alive. Their dance style is shaped by the authentic tango of dancers such as Pepito and Suzuki Avellaneda, Antonio Todaro and Juan Carlos Copes.
They trained with world-class teachers Oliver & Marisa, Recuerdo, Claudia Codega & Esteban Moreno and Lalo & Mirta Diaz. They have explored different tango styles with internationally renowned teachers including Mingo & Esther Pugliese, Javier & Geraldine, Los Ocampos, Biki & Muzo, Rob & Inez, Natalia & Gabriel and others.
Their true passion remains the authentic 1940s Tango de Salon, Milonga and Tango Waltz.
